How do I take my remedy?
Take it with a clean mouth. No food or drink, etc. for 15 minutes before or after.
Let the pills dissolve under the tongue.
Follow your homeopath's instructions, not those on the bottle.
Do not use anything with camphor, menthol or tea tree oil in it.
Do not use drugs unless they are prescribed by your doctor.
Do not take herbal medicines.
No coffee. Use caution with alcohol.
No electric blankets.
Keep your remedy out of direct sunlight and away from cell phones, x-rays and microwaves.
How often do I need to see my Homeopath?
Homeopathy is a gradual building of one’s health over time. Be prepared to commit to at least 6 months of regular visits.
When should I call in?
Call whenever there is a change in your symptoms, and check with your homeopath before using another therapy or taking any other medications including other homeopathic remedies.
