  T'ai Chi: Julie Russell has studied with Chungliang Al Huang working with the 5 Element Form and 5 Circles.
  
  Julie directed and taught at her Art & Craft Center for Adults and Children in the 70s and 80s. She has been involved with the healing arts for 30 years - 20 years teaching yoga and 18 t'ai chi. She created the Painting Journal TM in 1988, facilitating others on their inner journey. Her classes and workshops are listed at julierussell.org.
